END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and TrySomeGames regarding the licence to use our browser-based games, accounts and related software (the "Software"). The EULA applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy & Cookie Policy. By creating an account or using the Software you accept all three documents.

1. Licence grant

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and play the Software for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Software is licensed to you, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with TrySomeGames and its licensors.

2. Account required

Some features require a personal account. You must be at least 13 years old (and have parental consent where required by national law) and provide accurate information. One person may not operate accounts for the purpose of abuse, ranking manipulation or evading a suspension. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, assets or models except where such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law; (c) modify, cheat, automate or use bots, scrapers, injectors or exploits; (d) circumvent technical protections, rate limits or access controls; (e) use the Software to build a competing service or to train machine-learning models on our content without written permission.

4. Virtual items, supporter benefits and donations

Supporter memberships, cosmetic items and other in-game benefits are part of the licence and grant no ownership or real-world value. They cannot be traded for money outside the Services. Prices shown at checkout are the total amount payable. Purchases and cancellations are governed by our Terms of Service.

5. User content

You keep the rights to content you create or submit (reviews, ideas, game saves, names). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services. Content that is illegal, harassing, infringing or that breaks our acceptable-use rules may be removed and may lead to account suspension.

6. Updates and availability

The Software is delivered as an online service and is updated continuously. Features may change, be added or be removed, and individual games may enter maintenance or be retired. We aim to announce material changes in advance on the site.

7. Privacy

Personal data processed under this EULA is handled as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains what we collect, our legal bases, advertising cookies, retention periods and your GDPR rights.

8. Termination

You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate the licence if you materially breach this EULA, the Terms of Service or applicable law, or where required for security or legal reasons. On termination your right to use the Software ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability) remain in force.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in this EULA limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

10. Governing law

This EULA is governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you keep the protection of mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
