We read every message that reaches us through this page. The form below goes straight to the TrySomeGames inbox and is read by a real person — not a chatbot. We typically reply within 2–3 working days; bug reports are read and prioritised even when the fix takes longer.
If your message is about an account or a save in one of our games, please include your username and, where possible, a screenshot. For anything legal, data-related or sensitive, email is always the right channel.

I forgot my account password — what do I do?
Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen of the relevant game. If the reset email does not arrive within ten minutes, write to us from the same address you signed up with and we will help manually.
How do I report a bug?
Either use the form on this page and include "Bug:" in the message, or use the in-game Report Bug button which auto-attaches your session ID. Screenshots and a short description of what you expected to happen versus what happened are gold.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account and we will action it within 30 days, in line with GDPR. We will also confirm in writing once the deletion is complete.
Do you offer interviews or comment for journalists?
Yes. Use the form with "Press:" in the message or write directly to the contact address. We reply as soon as we can, but cannot promise a fixed response time.
