YOUR DATA RIGHTS
Last updated: 18 August 2026
Under the GDPR you decide what happens with your personal data. Use the form below — or write to us — and we will answer within one month, free of charge.
What you can ask for
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you (art. 15).
- Rectification — correct data that is wrong or incomplete (art. 16).
- Erasure — delete your account and data, “the right to be forgotten” (art. 17).
- Restriction — pause our use of your data while something is being checked (art. 18).
- Portability — get your data in a machine-readable file or sent to another service (art. 20).
- Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including profiling (art. 21).
- Withdraw consent — for ads and preferences, any time, via Cookie settings.
How we handle your request
- We confirm receipt and may ask one question to verify your identity (we never ask for a copy of your ID unless it is unavoidable).
- We answer within one month. For complex requests we may extend by two months and will tell you why.
- The first request is always free. Manifestly excessive or repetitive requests may carry a reasonable fee or be refused, with reasons.
- If we cannot fulfil a request (for example when accounting law requires us to keep payment records for seven years) we explain exactly why.
If you are not happy
You can always complain to the Swedish supervisory authority Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, imy.se, or to the authority in your own EU country.
