ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Compliance status

The site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Most content meets the standard; the known gaps are listed below and are being worked on.

What we have done

• Semantic headings, landmarks and a single main region per page.
• Keyboard access for navigation, forms, dialogs and menus.
• Visible focus outlines and tap targets of at least 44×44 px on mobile.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for icon-only buttons.
• Colour contrast checked against the retro palette; information is never conveyed by colour alone.
• A switch that turns off animation and the pixel-rain effect, and a text-size control on the maintenance page.
• Full site available in both English and Swedish.

Known limitations

• Some games rely on fast reaction, mouse precision or colour recognition and cannot be made fully accessible without changing the gameplay.
• Third-party ad frames from Google AdSense are outside our control and may not meet AA.
• The pixel font used for headings is decorative and can be hard to read at small sizes; body text uses a more readable font.
• Some older data tables and charts may lack complete screen-reader summaries.

Improvement plan

• Continuous automated accessibility checks in our review process.
• Adding screen-reader summaries to remaining charts and tables.
• Reviewing every game for keyboard alternatives where the gameplay allows it.
• Re-testing the whole site against WCAG 2.1 AA at least once a year.
