DMCA & COPYRIGHT POLICY
Last updated: 18 August 2026
We respect copyright. If you believe content on TrySomeGames infringes your rights, send us a notice and we will review it promptly — normally within five working days.
How to file a notice
Send an e-mail to contact@trysomegames.com with the subject line “DMCA notice”. Your notice must include:
- Your name, address, phone number and e-mail.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on trysomegames.com or trysomegames.se where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your notice and review it.
- If the claim is valid we remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who posted it.
- Repeat infringers lose their account.
- Incomplete or clearly abusive notices are rejected with an explanation.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to contact@trysomegames.com with your contact details, the material removed, and a statement that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We will forward it to the complaining party and may restore the content if no legal action is started.
EU rights holders
Although the DMCA is US law, we apply the same process to notices under EU and Swedish copyright law, including the EU Copyright Directive and the Digital Services Act’s notice-and-action rules.
