COOKIE POLICY

This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on trysomegames.com and trysomegames.se: who sets them, why, and how long they are kept. On every visit the site loads Google's consent tool (Google Funding Choices, an IAB TCF certified consent platform). The Google AdSense ad script is only loaded after the consent tool has reported a valid choice — in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland only if you consent to Google storing and accessing information on your device. If you decline, if no choice exists, or if the consent tool does not load, no ads are loaded at all. We do not use analytics tools.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. We also use localStorage, which works the same way but stays on your device instead of being sent with every request. In this policy “cookie” covers both.
Categories we use
- Necessary — sign-in, security, checkout fraud protection and the consent tool remembering your choice. Always active.
- Settings you choose — language, sound, animations, colours, text size and game saves. Stored in your browser only because you asked for that setting or progress to be kept; never shared for advertising.
- Analytics — no analytics tool is used. Our hosting provider counts page visits in aggregate (page, referring site, country, device type) to run the service; this does not use advertising cookies.
- Advertising — Google AdSense, only with your consent where consent is required. Without consent no ads are shown (we do not fall back to non-personalised ads).

Advertising and Google
We use Google AdSense. Ads are not shown on account, sign-in, payment, confirmation, error, contact or game-play pages, or for accounts belonging to young players. Where consent is required, ads load only after you have agreed in the consent tool; Google then applies your choices from the IAB TCF consent string, including whether ads may be personalised. Content of our political simulation games is never passed to Google for ad targeting. Read more at Google's advertising privacy page and manage your Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
Change or withdraw your consent
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button on Privacy choices to open the consent tool and change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal applies to all ad requests made after it; it does not affect processing that already took place. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
